TW - This week was Birth Trauma Awareness Week and TW - This week was Birth Trauma Awareness Week and although I feel like I had slowly accepted what happened after Amelia’s birth four years ago, I wasn’t prepared for how I would feel during this subsequent pregnancy.

I have tried not to think too far ahead and have put it to the back of my mind, but I find myself subconsciously thinking about it. I’m not going to lie, I’m really anxious and it’s getting closer and closer now. Although we have opted for an elective c-section this time, it’s still the unknown of what will happen and I’m all too aware of how quickly things can go wrong. With that said, I know we will be in the best hands and we can’t wait to finally hold our baby girl in our arms.

I guess I’m just hoping things are different this time around 🤍

Top 9 Autumn Crafts For Children

As we’re now in Autumn, I thought it would be fun to put together my favourite Autumn themed crafts. I think Sophie would love to do the majority of these, so we’re definitely going to give them a go over the coming weeks!

So here are my top Autumn themed crafts…

Handprint Acorn – Crafty Morning
Handprint Tree – Arty Crafty Kids
Leaf Potato Stamp – How We Learn
Leaf Hedgehog – Krokotak
Squirrels – Pinterest
Woodland Creature Masks – Hoosier Homemade
Pinecone Hedgehogs – Mum In The Madhouse
Wreath – Raising Emily
Sensory Bag – Kids Play Box

I’d love to know which of the above is your favourite? Will you be doing any Autumn themed crafts with your children this year?
