I couldn’t resist making these Rice Krispie Monster Pops for Halloween! I thought I’d share them with you, as they’re super easy to make and are the perfect Halloween treat.
What you will need:
- Kellogg’s Rice Krispie Squares Bars
- Paper Straws
- Icing Sugar
- Food Colouring
- Edible Eyes
- Sprinkles
- Serving Plate
Method
It’s pretty self-explanatory, but I thought I’d do some quick step-by-step instructions with what I found works better.
- Insert the paper straws into the bottom of the Kellogg’s Squares bars
- Make up the icing, adding food colouring if needed
- Use a spoon to cover the top of the Squares bar in icing (I found this easier than trying to dip it into the icing)
- Lay them flat on a plate and top with sprinkles & edible eyes
- Pop them in the fridge to set
