I’ve finally got around to finishing the girls’ Easter Basket, so I thought I would share what I have included this year! I hope you enjoy reading this post, as you know I love putting these baskets together.
As always, I will link where to find everything at the end of this post. And if you need a little more inspiration, you can see previous years’ baskets here, here and here.
As much as I love putting these baskets together, I didn’t want to spend a small fortune on filling two separate baskets. So, like last year, I decided to do a joint basket for my girls, Sophie (who’s currently five) and Amelia (who is one).
So here’s a closer look at what I’ve included for my eldest daughter, Sophie…
Each year I try and find a new Easter themed book for them to read. We already love ‘We’re Going On An Egg Hunt‘ (by the same author), so I know this one will go down well. Plus, it isn’t Easter without a bit of chocolate, so I’ve picked up a few little treats too, as well as this cute bunny mug and a new lip balm for her.
Now here’s a closer look at the bits I picked up for Amelia…
You may have already seen our ever-growing collection of ‘That’s not my…’ books, but Amelia loves them, so I picked up this one too! I haven’t got her any chocolate, as I think she’s still a bit too young and there’s plenty of time for that. Instead, she has this adorable Flopsy dinner set (which also included a little knife and fork), a Ewan the Dream Sheep snuggly (anyone who knows Amelia, knows how much she loves her sheep!) and a sweet little Jellycat bunny!
