I don’t know why, but recently we haven’t really ventured out anywhere. We’ve spent a lot of time in the house and I think it was driving us both a little bit crazy. Especially Sophie. So along with my Mum (and the dog), we went for a little walk to one of our local parks.
It felt very Autumnal, with the crisp air and falling leaves – but it was lovely. And definitely the fresh air that we needed. Sophie loved running around and exploring, as well as playing hide and seek in the trees. I guess we’re really lucky, as where we live there are so many country parks and walks that are literally on our doorstep and it’s always nice to get out of the house and explore.
So here are a few more photos from our little walk yesterday…
Hopefully we will go for walks more often, as we all really enjoy being outside and exploring the great outdoors.

I love going for family walks. I always try to get some photos but my 3 year old hates it.

Autumn is one of my favourite times for walking outdoors. The crisp air keeps you cool and all of the changing colours make the world look so beautiful.
