Yesterday, Sophie and I went through a walk through Grizedale Forest with a couple of our good friends. I took my camera with me and captured some photos of our little adventure, which I wanted to share with you.
The scenery was lovely. There were a few little waterfalls and streams and so many leaves too, which Sophie loved collecting along the way. It really felt like Autumn (rain included, but we didn’t let that stop us having fun!)
Trust Sophie to find one of the biggest puddles! She was having a blast jumping in the mud and muddy puddles. She was filthy but she really enjoyed herself (and thankfully, I took a spare change of clothes for her!).
We all had a great time. It was about an hour and a half’s drive from where we live, so not too far and we will definitely go back for more adventures!

Never visited Grizdale before, and living in Dublin I probably won't get too. I know my kids would love it though, looks like the perfect afternoon adventure!
