It’s been a while since I’ve written a little update on how we’re getting on, so I thought I’d share what we’ve been up to recently and have a bit of a catch up!
General life
Well I think it’s safe to say this past year has been a bit crazy, hasn’t it? I’ve found lockdown 3.0 a lot tougher so far, than the previous two. It’s hard work trying to juggle working part-time, homeschooling, looking after the girls and running a house! Although it helps massively that Amelia now goes to pre-school 3 days per week. She started at the beginning of January and she absolutely loves it!
house updates
We recently made some slight changes in our hallway and dining room, by adding some panelling and I’m so happy with their transformations! I’m going to share some more photos soon, but you can see a sneak peak of the dining area in the photo above!
Blog makeover
You may have noticed Sophie Ella and Me has a little makeover! I gathered after six years, it was time to finally make the switch from Blogger to WordPress. I’m so happy with how it’s looking – although it still needs a few tweaks here and there!
The Mama Project
This is a little project myself and my lovely friend Katie (from Katie Floss Blog) started over on Instagram, back in November 2020. We wanted to create a safe and positive community for Mama’s and it’s going from strength to strength! We’ve also launched The Mama Project Blog to run alongside it, where we have guest posts, reviews and so much more to come!
