Our Playroom Halloween Decor

With Halloween just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to share how we've decorated our playroom! In all honesty, we usually just switch up the books on our shelves to Halloween themed ones. However I wanted to make it more fun for the girls, so I decided to make a bit more effort than usual this year.

I decided to add some new books to our Halloween collection and I love how they all look together on display. I thought it would be fun to go for a mostly pink and black theme and I love the decorative pieces bring it all together.

I have linked all of the books mentioned and decorative items further down in this post.

Gilbert The Ghost

Vampirina Ballerina

Cats' Night Out

How To Make Friends With A Ghost

The Scariest Book Ever

You're My Little Pumpkin Pie

I decided to add a few touches to the play kitchen too, including the freestanding 'BOO' letters and some fake pumpkins! I really wanted to have a go at being creative by painting my own and I'm so pleased with how they turned out!

I couldn't resist painting a dalmatian print pumpkin, as I thought it would work perfectly with our dalmatian print wall in the girls' playroom!
