I can’t quite believe that this weekend is pretty much over already and it’s Sunday evening already. We’ve had a nice weekend though.
On Friday night, Sophie had a sleepover at her grandparents house. Toby and I went to IKEA and bought a few bits: a drawer unit, a children’s table and chairs (for Sophie’s Birthday), a chair for Sophie and some picture ledges for her bedroom for her books. I’m really pleased with everything we bought. I just love IKEA for modern and affordable furniture.

We also nipped to Next as there’s a huge store opposite IKEA. I picked up a few bits for Sophie which will be perfect for Summer.
On Saturday we tidied the house and Toby built the furniture and put the picture ledges up and I then organised everything. That evening we went to Toby’s parents’ house for a takeaway then brought Sophie home with us. She had enjoyed spending the day there and had been for her weekly walk which she enjoys.
Today I went round to my parents house for a couple of hours while Toby did some work on his car (boooring haha). We then took Sophie to Clarks to get her feet measured and she’s now a 6F! We didn’t buy any shoes at the time though, as they didn’t have the ones we liked in her size but I can easily order them online.
