With Sophie’s 7th birthday literally just around the corner, I thought I would share what we’ve bought for her this year. I personally love reading posts like this for inspiration, as I find children can be super difficult to buy for sometimes!
I’ve tried to find some unique and special items, which I know she will love. Also, because of the current situation, I did purchase a couple of extra small presents to make up for her birthday party being cancelled.
So here’s what we’ve bought for her seventh birthday…
I thought this was perfect, as Sophie loves rainbows and it was really inexpensive at just £6.
2. Wool Rainbow
I purchased this from Etsy a few weeks ago now and it’s so beautifully made and I think it will look lovely hanging up in her bedroom.

4. Twisty Petz Cuddlez Puppy
I remember Sophie mentioned she wanted the puppy months ago now. We already have the Twisty Petz Cuddlez Kitty, which we reviewed last year.
5. Rainbow Trainers
I haven’t been able to take her to our local shoe shop to get her feet measured, but she’s grown so much recently, she was definitely in need of a pair of new trainers and these fit the bill perfectly.
6. L.O.L Surprise! Glitter Lights
These are still a huge hit in our household, so I thought she would like another LOL Surprise doll to add to her collection.
7. Little People, Big Dreams books
We have recently found a new love of these books and they’re the perfect length for her to read herself.
9. Bunny Slippers
I thought these were really cute and they’re so soft too, I’m pretty sure she will love these.
Also, a couple of clothing items we’ve also got her which aren’t pictured are this animal print maxi dress and pastel rainbow dress. I’ve also listed a few other ideas below, which I know friends and family have purchased for her too:
