BABY DEVELOPMENT
Baby girl weighs around 3.5/3.75lbs at this point and measures around 16 inches in length. She can now use all of the five senses and is busy looking around, practicing breathing, grabbing whatever is in reach, tasting amniotic fluid and listening to the sound of mine and her Daddy’s voice. How amazing!

MOOD
My sickness has returned and I’m being sick a lot, which isn’t great. I’m waking up around 5am/6am every night for a toilet break too – so you could say I’m pretty tired!

SLEEP
As I said previously, I wake up at least once in the night to use the toilet. I know this is only going to get worse the further along I get too! I started maternity leave this week, so I’m definitely going to make the most of it while I can!

MOVEMENT
I’ve felt baby girl every day but there is still no pattern to her movements, so I’m just keeping an eye on it really.

HIGHLIGHT OF THIS WEEK
We went to Wales this weekend which was lovely. We had a 4D scan booked before Sophie starts school next week, but baby girl was being awkward by lying breech and facing away from us, so we had to rebook it for the week after (when I was 32 weeks). Thankfully we saw her that time around and it was so lovely to see her little face in detail.

We have another growth scan next week, so it will be nice to see baby girl again.
